Beautiful Vintage 1940s deep navy blue wool coat with a pop of red detail. Very nice clean tailored lines and details. The structure is nothing less than perfect 1940s. Rayon lining with just a trim of red wool lining. There are banded pin lines details at the front of the shoulders and sides of the bust that wrap around under the arm and stop at the side seams. This detail is also at the cuff of the sleeves. It has petite pockets, shoulder pads and is an open front coat with no closures (remember in war times we try to save materials).
